This is a famous statue of the Everard't Serclaes.
We can see this amazing bronze statue at Grand Place, the old city hall, right at the heart of Brussels downtown. People coming here expecting to touch the statue while they make a wish. Any wish are welcome, just say one.
First you have to touch the head of the statue, and rub it down to the feet. And above the statue of Everard't Serclaes, we find other object like child face, touch one time. Then touch below, the figure of a dog.
Im quite surprise, in the modern world like this, in the heart of Belgium, some people still believe such story like that. What a life :-)
