Anyone for a gondola ride?
Venice is built on 117 small islands and with its more than 150 canals and 409 bridges, the gondola is the posh public transport. However, there is only three bridges crossing the Grand Canal, the Ponte di Rialto, the Ponte degli Scalzi and the Ponte dell'Accademia, from which this shot was taken.

Very nice composition Maria, compliments, the gondolas and the line of poles are a beautiful diagonal interrupted from the man, the dark colors from the cloudy weather are dramatic and beautiful too, compliments, well seen and done.

Hi Maria,
I like this POV, very well composed with a good diagonal.
The red contrasts well with the water.
I like to see a man on the picture.

I love this one too, well spoted, the angle of POV makes all here and you were smart to achieved this framing, cuting part of those gondoles.
A great one once again
