Photographer’s Note
More Swedish wilderness. A great thing about Lappland is that when you go hiking you are virtually ensured fresh fish insofar as you bring a fishing rod. My partner is an avid fly-fisher (whereas I am mainly concerned with getting dinner). Here he is doing his thing in the midnight sun.
I underexposed this one a lot in order to get a silhouette and to preserve the texture on the water. But somehow, I also think it helps convey the midnight sun atmosphere.

Very cool shot Mikkel. My favorite part is where the sun reflects in the water. Are you using a star lense? The only slight flaws are the bit of glare and the red spot. Great silohet

Excellent colors and contrast! The sun is really beautiful with these rays. But what's that red spot near the fisherman?

Hello Mikkel, this is a great shot. I like the way you composed the scene with the sun in it, something quite difficult but that added a lot to the shot.I( think the midnight sun must be something absolutely surreal and I hope to see it one day!

Hi Mikkel
Wow, great composition. I like the dark silhouette against the beautiful sky. And the reflection of the Sun in the water looks excellent.
