Photographer’s Note

A village of Peuls in full bush with its huts with the ground walls, its roofs in straw, its rammers for prepare millet... typical .
Except what throne at the end of a stem out of wooden an TV antenna ? Placed just above the hut of the chief of the village. A chief who acknowledges to have yielded after long discussions to the wishes of the young people of the village...
Ah! I forgot a detail: the catches were still folded in their packing, the chief of the village not being undoubtedly yet close receiving the animated images!

La lucarne magique arrive même dans ces villages reculés?non pas tout a fait encore..ta note est assez drole,peu-etre que le chef a peur de perdre de son autorité avec la TV..chouette image du quotidien dans ce petit village,bravo,

Hello Jean,
A fine nice capture of the daily life and in a certain way a humorous way of live. Very well captured in a good perspective and well framed in a vertical format. Good light, great DOF in a low angle approach with excelent clear and focused image. Great details so nice and so interesting. All is perfect and detailed as usual by your great view and insight.

salut jean,
le modernisme arrive partout petit a petit, tu vois, mais là les choses sont encore a l'hésitation, comme dit vincent le chef a peur de perdre son autorité.
belles couleurs les huttes sont super éclairées, et le cadrage de l'antenne donne un aspect insolite a la photo, bien vu, mais j'en attendais pas moins de toi.

Et oui la télé est partout. C'est une des addictions les plus répandues (encore plus que la dépendance à TE!..) Cette images est marrante. Belle perspective

Scène de vie "typique"chez les Peuls!
Comme quoi la modernité ne connait pas de limites.Avez-vous clonez les fils électriques?
Belle composition pline de détails comme ces poules à l'avant-plan au milieu d'objets utilitaires.

Nice shot, it reflexes exactly how life is there. It's a pitty women are on the shade, so we can't see many details from their fascinating clothes

Vu l'histoire de la note je crois qu'ils ont besoin du monsieur de chez darty....
La compo est bien faite insolite par son contenu, ce type d'antenne n'est pas le dernier cri de la technologie mais je pense que ans ce village c'est aussi important que ce le fut chez nous dans les années 60.
La compo est bien faite et la qualité très bonne avec ces couleurs et cette lumière.

This reminds me when i was just a little kid. My dad was the first one in the neighbourhood who bought a TV and for years where was visitors every evening at home.
