This photo is taken sitting on the stairs of Vogue Department Store in Krabi town. My girlfriend was still inside but I was tired of all the shopping and looking around so I just sat on the stairs of the store and snapped some photos of the people passing by.

On this photo you see a motorbike taxi driver - waiting for his next client. Motorbike taxis were something that surprised me a lot on my first visit to Thailand few years ago. Usually I rent my own motorbike and that's why I've never taken a simple motorbike taxi. But even if I was a alone the idea of sitting behing some guy... perhaps even holding arms around him on a bumpy road.... I don't know... I would feel the driver being disturbingly too much in my intimate space. I guess that's a cultural thing.
