Photographer’s Note
Sidi Ifni was used to be an antique Spanish fortress that was then taken by the Moroccans.
Today it looks like a 1930's Spanish colonial village that sits on a plateau 50 metres above the Atlantic.
After the desert it's a pleasure to breath the salty air of the Ocean and to walk along desert beaches.

we have both posted shots from there :). this , taken in Italy or Spain could have been sexy romantic shot of a girl on the seaside, here we see her obscured by Islamic dress , and i dont think she is too happy bout it

You got the exposure spot-on (not easy in that light), and the light is beautiful, but most I love the mood, the kind of place I would expect some movie a storie by Paul Bowles or something French and Existentiali about people facing their inner darkness and emptiness and distintegrating on thuis windblown crumbling terrace above the sea... Do you know I used to live near here, at Goulemime?

Has nygus, I taken some shots there, but I'm not too sure about she's not too happy about the veil; I know very well the people of Ifni I have a house there, and this is why I don't agree with him. Of course I'm sur some girls are realy bored with tradition, but not totaly, in Morocco has you noticed you may found every kind of fashion. If you've been spleeping in La Suerte Loca you probably seen Malika and her sister, they are a good exemple of what I'm Saying.
Oh by the way!
Nice shot.
regards.
Steph.
