Nice portrait. He framing is very well made with the crop of the top of the head so the eyes be placed in the top third and grab our attention.

Also like his half-side body position bringing dynamic to the composition. The DOF is also well managed.

Still, I think you could improve the exposure balance in the computer because the very bright background competes with the shady man stealing attention from him.

Reducing the saturation of the blues (because of the car) could also be a good idea. BW would also work perfectly here.
