added PS - increased sharpness on the kid and his carabao - then added noise - gaussian noise (20)

Hi Denize! The festival itself looks very interesting - so many people and carabaos involved. It's good you captured it with your mobile phone to document the event, but it would really be better if you have a digicam. The photo here is quite noisy and grainy. Anyway, it's a good start!
