Dubai from the creek Photo

Photographer’s Note

Dubai is such an extremely fast growing city that you can still find desertic places with huge skycrapers under construction in the background.
This picture was taken from the creek (4WD driving to go there, flat and barren land), and you can see the numerous Sheik Zayed highway buildings in the background.
On the left of the picture, next year, there will be the highest tower in the world.
And along the still desertic creek, they will build a few cities and an artificial river...

Nice composition. Great depth, nice game with the sun and the marvelous clouds. Nice soft colors.

Un très joli couché de soleil, classique, mais toujours plaisant à regarder. Les couleurs sont très belles, et les buildings en arrière plan ajoute une petite touche originale à l'image

I just back to this after seeing your posting from today. I thought I critiqued last week. I like big sky shots, and the inclusion of the distance town works well for the compo here.

What a sky!
Nice moment here for sure.
I guess the tower will be higher then Toronto, Ontario, Canada's CN Tower? It's about 1850 feet.
