Photographer’s Note

Isla Del Sol, or the Island of the sun, is considered by the legend to be the birthplace of the first Inka, Manco Capac. Today, even though it is a very touristic Island setteled among the deep blue waters of Lake Titicaca, the locals maintain there old tradition, harvest the land, lead the animals and walk patiently across the 10 km Island.
