the man on the advertisment looks like he wants to steal the kid's ice cream. A busy photo with lots of color and fantastic details. The shadow of the fence is great.
I like the light here.

Very well placed red spot in the frame (looks more Italian than French). Luxemburg Gardens certainly one of teh best spots on the left bank. Do they still have the exhibition of photo journalism around the railings.

Ok, the red spot is a nice try and you deserve half an applause for it. Unfortunately it is not striking enough, and it becomes a mere detail in a much too busy background. 1/2 a nanosecond later and it will be gone. And what are we supposed to do then with two awfull bikes and an empty bus? YOU tell me.

I like that you are challenging yourself with busy scenes Mackiek, but I don't find that this one really works for me. While I really like the sign on the bus (is that Leonardo Dicaprio telling us to take sides on some issue?) and I like the splash of red from the icecream, there are a few things that just don't work for me. The whole middle of the frame is too cluttered and disorganized for me. I know you can't choose not to have the fence, scooter, tree and bikes there, but none of them add anything to the shot for me, at least not how they are positioned. Also, I am of the school that the subject of the photo, which I take to be the boy with the ice cream, should be what is in focus, as opposed to the background. For me, the bus, etc are background, yet they are what is sharp. Not a bad shot at all, but not one I can really associate with.

Webb Webb Webb...
Not that I have anything against that. This is a very nice one. But it seems there's something missing here. Another figure, something on the right, so that the capture isn't just the guy who's about to step out of the frame.
See how his ice cream is the first dot in the spectrum of the rainbow dots on the bus? Pleasing, and probably one reason why it works so well. Leo's eyes are great too. The overall composition is successful, I think. But the shot feels a bit lacking to me -- where's the person standing in the door of the bus?

This photo is a thrill to look at maciej, you know, as in "delicious". One thing I really like: the ice cream color and concept is picked up by the advertising circles in progressive color across the street "Baskin Robbins"!
Very well seen. Hugely enjoyable, Francis

nice image maciek, i like the way the red ice cream matches the colours on the bus..and the serious face on the ad on the bus.. shame that theres a bit of clutter on the right, but not much you can do..good work
