Taken while hiking on Mt. Mutnovsky, an active volcano.

In addition to autoadjusting the brightness, contrast, color and sharpness, I ran it through NeatImage to reduce the noise in the sky.

Votre cadrage est tellement parfait que je suis attiré dans le vide (vertigo).
Ce mélange de couleurs de roches, de cendres et de neige accentue la beauté de cette image. C'est un paysage qui aurait plu à Haroun Tazieff le vulcanologue.

Your framing is so perfect that I am attracted down (vertigo). This mixture of colors of rocks, ashes and snow accentuates the beauty of this picture.
It is a landscape which would have apreciate by Haroun Tazieff the vulcanologist.

wow the formations are wonderful here. the blue sky sems a little too blue but does not detract too much from the volcano and its textures. nice focus and defintion. very nice image.

This is interesting. The picture is in "motion". The composition is simple yet it is so straightforward, thus, compelling. I also like the mixing of the colors. Good work here.

Ah Mt. Mutnovsky. A mountain i missed when i was in Kamchatka.
grea sharpness and colours in this shot. The main problem i have is that i miss a feeling of "scale" when i look at this shot. Maybe something more in the foreground, a person perhaps, would help a bit.

Really interesting textures and lines here, Mimi. Nice composition with the sky up at the top. It makes us focus on the mountain side and provides a good counterpoint to it.

Les couleurs et la qualité de cette image sont parfaites... Quant au paysage, il est magnifique. Dommage que cette région est si difficile d'accès.

The colors and the quality of this image are perfect... As for the landscape, it is splendid. It's a pity that this area is so difficult access.
