Photographer’s Note
Sukhothaï is a little the magic center of Thailand, the magic of discovered old capital of Siam. It was the first capital of Thailand (1238-1365), it remains impressive vestiges about it. The royal palate, of 160 000 square meters, surrounded of ditches, shelters Wat Mahathat, the largest temple and most important of Sukhothaï. Massive stone representations of the Buddha and more than two hundred chedis are offered to our glance. It is to better take its time because each step makes us discover a detail which was hidden the moment of front, an angle which one had not seen yet...

Hi Dominique,
The picture is not too sharp, but the ocmposition is excellent, I like the angle in which you got the Buddha against the backround ruins.
Well seen, nice monocrhomatic colours other than the gold.
Cheers

This is a good composition and it is also good that the sky has detail and is not over exposed. Good note too

compliments

Hi Dominique-
Really great juxtaposition between the statue and wat. The colors are very complimentary between the two as well. The overcast really helped bring all these elements together nicely.
Great job. Cheers,
Baron
