This man is getting water for his garden in oasis with the help of a zebu.The water is deep, so a long rope is necessary and much power. So the man and the zebu go and back again and again and with an ingenious system, the bag let the water go out in a small pool.Then this water go to the garden.
Some time ago, only slaves, black people worked in the garden oasis. For a Touareg it was a shame. But little by little, with the sedentarisation, some of them do it.It was early in the morning and the speed too low...no sharpness, but I thought this picture could interest, may be, some people.
I post a workshop to show another way of getting water in other place,most dry place.
