It was taken on top of Cannes. It was a sunny day. Cannes is a film palace. The Cannes film festival is held in here every year. It has nice beach and lots of restaurant near by. It is a good place to visit

very nice shot of the city here.nice view indeed.i would have preferred to adjust the brightness a bit and some more notes.i have done a workshop on your photo which you may refer to.
