Nice shot! You've captured this scene well. Personally I'm not so keen on the strong shadow on the foreground, but that's an artistic view rather than a criticism - I'd use Shadows/Highlights 75/15 to neutralise the shadows myself ;) The one thing I'd definitely do if this were my shot though is rotate the image, about 1.08°CW should straighten up the buildings nicely. The buildings are slightly blown out in places, perhaps half a stop exposure compensation would have helped - although with a very contrasty scene like this it's very hard to make a definitive call on that. Anyway, well captured :-D

So far, the ratings are inexplicable. I think this is one of your outstanding shots, Mpampis. The shade in the foreground and the colour and light in the background are very effective, and the added touches are the shining rails and wires overhead for balance. Perhaps a slight straightening on the buildings, but my eyes are very very happy with this intriguing scene. There is even lots of street action mingled with fine architecture. Outstanding!

What I like in this view is the light on the houses that is splendid and shows their superb architecture in a magnificent way. But I don't like too much the very dark foreground, the light contrast is strong and that's nice in a photo, but I think it works better when the dark is behind. I agree with what you are thinking right now, impossible to change conditions, and that's right. So I stay with the impression given by the houses, that's a nice view !

Hi Mpampis,
This is an interesting view of Prague. So often people concentrate on just the buildings, but as well as capturing them beautifully, you have also caught the feel of the "hustle & bustle" of the place. The colour of the sky and the buildings is lovely. The shot looks off slightly horizontal to my eyes, but the overall effectiveness of the shot is good. Well done.

A very nicely captured daily-life shot. I like the web created by the power cables in the sky. The light and colours are excellent and give a feeling of joy and enthusiasm to the environment. Thanks for sharing.
