hi katie,
it's a very touchy picture,I loved it. And it looked much alike B&W than color photograph; you may try a workshop .I couldn't understand if it were a young lady or an old woman ; maybe because of your extra filters:-)

Very pretty image, Katie - pity you don't remember how you made it - I'd like to know. Seems you're not at all from Hampshire - what made you choose that name?

You should be proud of your work, Katie!
I wish there were more excellent photos like this one on TE!
And I think points here really don't reflect the quality of your work!
If I could I would have given you 10 smileys for this beautiful painting-like photo.
You created a certain warm atmosphere here, an old-fashion look that is so difficult to find nowadays in this modern world.

This reminds me of a book cover or something. I like the added noise (graininess) and sepia tones. I dont think it would have been the same without it.
