Photographer’s Note
Since I started noticing watertowers, I come across quite a few. This was an old condemned one standing by the side of the road in southern Luxembourg. I wonder why it hasn't been pulled down long ago. The new concrete tower nearby is twice as tall and has ten times the capacity of this old empty brick thing. But maybe it is so old that they want to leave it as a kind of historic monument.
I cropped, resized, adjusted the contrast and noisefiltered.

A good picture from a good POV! I like the details visible at the tower! Good composition too, well done! :-D

Bonjour Per,
I find this water tower a monument maybe for tourist attraction later, is this tower completely in brickwork? Beautiful architecture, you have chosen a good angle taking this shot. Also lovely blue background!
Amicalement,

Technicaly it is perfectly classic and the quality is good.
A word on this ugly thing to actual standard, "quik delete", not the composition but the watertower.
We had in the sixties in France a TV show calles "la France Défigurée" whee they showed a lot of ugly watertowers, in order to renew landscapes. This was a great ssucces and a lot of new ones more beautiful and functionnal been built later.
