Photographer’s Note
The place is Cairo, Kubri-El Gamia (Gamia Bridge). The side we see here is GIZA where the pyramids are located. The two buildings at the left (were under construction at that time) are two luxurious residents of which my company was the sub-contractor for mechanical and electrical works.
This cart is so often seen in Egypt even in capital city Cairo. It's an important part of the daily life. It was weekend holiday, Friday. We were headed to Faiyum. I saw these guys, pulled over and shot.
Original is colored but I decided to convert it to B&W and tried to give an old effect(I know the crane and the lighting poles are telling just the opposite)..))
(let me confess, the original also is not good enough.:))))

Hi bulent
Not your best. It has a bit too much noise in the sky. The grain alone doesn't bother me, but the dust & scratches could easily be fixed in a workshop. I may try a ws later. A good daily life scene from Cairo depicting a good contrast between old lifestyles & new construction. Well seen.
