Photographer’s Note
Okay then, the last picture of St. Brelade's Parish Church, which I posted earlier.
It's such a beautiful place and the position near the sea, which you can see here, is so nice, that's why you see this church a few times.
Hope you like it....

Hi Hans,
Very good light that gives a really nice color to this church.
The stones are greatly well rendered.
Congrats!

A very good shot, Hans. The multi-gable-top church is beautiful, with its stone wall texture and all the croses on the roofs. The crop may be too tight on the upper part, but still it is very well captured. Well seen and done.

Hallo Hans,
M'n complimenten.
groetjes Rob

It is interesting to receive this traditionnal saxon chrch with its cemetery at the sea side. The composition is attractive for the beauty from this place. Might be a real pleasure to be burried here and rest here :))))
Friendly.

John.

Very nice picture with a good POV! I like the light and the composition!
This church reminds me a bit to a church in Denmark, that was also built near the coast, but that church almost fall into the sea... this one fortunately not I think.
Well done!

Hi Hans!
Beautiful place for beautiful church!
Good place for thinking:
1. When I see the sea I know that I m a small.
2. When I see the church I know that I have Creator.
3.When I see the graves I know that that I m not captured in this world.I m only guest.
Thank you Hans for wise choice.
Mihajlo!

As a matter of fact, a very nice place. The view is sharp and the light is very good. The only thing I regret is the fact that the church almost reaches the upper border of the frame ; it seems to be "prisoner" of your frame, can you understand what I mean ? I think I would have left more space above, if possible.
On the other hand, it was good to have included a part of the beach, with a calm wave. So, difficult to leave space above... unless using a vertical framing ?..
It's a real debate. I know that most photographers do not like the vertical framing (I personally do not make a lot).
Thank you for sharing such places with us, Hanssie.

Bonjour Hans,
Well done.

Bonsoir mon ami Hans,

Erg goed werk!

Hi Hans
Sure a special and interesting placement of this church almost right on the beach. Well presented in this compo with good details in the tight cropping.

Hi Hans. An unusual but nonetheless beautiful site for a church, right above the incoming sea. Beautiful light you found for this one that does a fine job of rendering the details of the stone walls and the graveyard. And also nice timing to have the little foamed wave enter the frame from the left. Very nice shot.

Special point of view to present this Church Hans, nice old place. Maybe the crop is to tight on the top, with the trees I think it would have been nice to have an extra inch or two, well seen anyway.

You've caught the church with a nice light defining the texture of the stone walls. A photograph taken from the same spot at low tide at dusk, during a church service, with the stained-glass windows lit up from the inside and reflecting in the wet sand below - now that would be spectacular.
Underneath and to the right of the large window - is that a person standing in the graveyard?
