This is another shot taken at Milford Sound.
If you turn right from that POV you could see Mitre Peak, the famous spot at Milford Sound.
Did you know that this is the only place in the world where you can find the rare black coral in shallow water? That´s because there are two differen layers of water. On the top you will find freshwater and around 1m deeper you will find saltwater. due to these two layers there is not so much light reaching the deeper water and so you can find animals that are used to live in really deep waters. That is also reason why the water at Milford Sound looks so dark.
If you make a boat trip be sure to book the trip which makes a stop over at the underwater observatorium. There you can see some living black corals...which is actually white. Black corals are just black when they are dead.
