Wat een krachtige kleurtaal je hier gebruikt, de rode railing deelt de compo mooi diagonaal op. Het resultaat is haast grafish te noemen met al die scherpe boord attributen.

Goede morgen Hans, blijkbaar gaat deze boot en personeel niet gaaf met hun navigatie materieel om, maar de fotograaf heeft dit lekker in beeld gebracht, de kleuren lijken mij zeer natuurlijk en de scherpte is gewoon perfect Hans, het stukje hemel komt daar zeer leuk bij, mooi gezien!

Great view of an old 'workhorse', Hans. No nice, polished, high tech boat but a trawler with traces of work - on ground. Buoys different in size and color, just for functionality. Bleached color of the hull, covered with rust; the beaching legs fixed by ropes; full of details to discover.

These are nice details in very nice colors. Beautifully saturated. The hull of the ship has such a hollow ring to it when I think of hitting it as I see it here. Old and stranded is how it feels to me. Even though some life is added to it with the objects. It is such a sad old looking vessel with its bright paint somewhat faded by rust. All well shown.

Nice colorful marine picture, a bit "busy" maybe but I like the composition with the red line that goes across the picture, the contrasting colors (blues and reds), the pattern of rust on the hull and the warm light.

A fine details with a good prespective and indeed a great POV,with a lot of real clors that I think it's a great point for the shot,really well captured with a nice composition of those elements,very nicely done,Hans.

I like (and discover) this one because of the vivid colors, and also because of this composition sharing the pic in two parts with a diagonal line.

Hi Hans,

Nice perspective and interesting capture of a "near abstract" composition with all these buoys and gear used by fisherman.

The most interesting aspect in this photo (for me at least) is that there are two very different ways to look at it. Try to "forget" the meaning of the objects and you have the abstract colours and motifs mentioned before...And then concentrate in the funtionality of each detail and you have a tired, real boat, full of life, in front of you. Well done, I realy like it!
