Photographer’s Note

I would like to post this as a panoramic picture because like this it may appear too small, but I don't know how it works. Can anyone help me out?

About the photo: these are Akha hilltribe people coming back from their daily work in the rice fields. They have to walk 2 hours "up and down" (gadda gatö in Akha language...) to reach their fields in the morning and to come back in the evening. Here a monsoon thunderstorm is just about to break out.

And the shot is a fine view and landscape,with a beautiful green tone,is it rice field in the shot,or not?!you said that they came back from rice field,but in the shot?

Hi Leonie! IMHO, It would be better to see a bigger version of this photo. You captured a wonderful landscape of Thailand and her people. I also like the native hut, looks similar to what we have here in our country. rgds.

Really nice colours on this one, really !
It does give me the impresion on ascent, not because of the mountains, but because of the road and the composition -- house to her right..descendig...the way you have distributed you space here...great !

i like this photo, it's so green (like in SouthEast Asia) of rice, and this misty mountains and this buildings built of wood and smiling people everywhere.
