Your composition is good and I like the angle you have but I think the foreground is too dark.

I like the architecture of this building. It would be very nice if you have included some notes about it. As for the photo, some part of it is very dark and the other is so bright. But the angle is well chosen. It would be much better if you had avoided the tree leaves on the top. ANyways, thanks for sharing....
