Photographer’s Note

Étretat is best known for its cliffs, including a famous natural arch. These cliffs attracted artists including Eugène Boudin, Gustave Courbet and Claude Monet.

We like the contrast of colours in Etretat with his greens, whites en blues. We tryd to catch it on this photo.

Kik,
This is an amazing place and you have captured it beautifully. The sailboat framed between the rock formations is a great touch. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has excellent sharpness. The people show us just how massive this sight is.

Zeer schitterend foto van deze rots formatie.
Alle gekruid met zachte kleuren.
De zeilbootjes zijn precies lucifer stipjes.
Goede samenstelling, goed foto werk, bedankt.

Excellent résultat depuis ce pov, les teintes sont magnifiques et la netteté parfaite, quelle jolie mer bleue et bon détail avec le voilier qui paraît minuscule;

un POV idéal pour avoir en gros plan ce célébre rocher, le voilier entre les deux rochers semble bien petit, bon cadrage

Ah this beautiful and famous arch, one of those place that no matter how many times I see the picture of it, it still amazes me. the blue is so beautiful and rich. the little white sail boat gives us a good sense of perspective and scale, so do the people up on the cliff, great details and wonderful texture of the white rock contastign so well against the blue sea.
