L'immobile beauté
Des soirs d'été,
Sur les gazons où ils s'éploient,
Nous offre le symbole
Sans geste vain, ni sans parole,
Du repos dans la joie.

Le matin jeune et ses surprises
S'en sont allés, avec les brises ;
Midi lui-même et les pans de velours
De ses vents chauds, de ses vents lourds
Ne tombe plus sur la plaine torride ;
Et voici l'heure où, lentement, le soir,
Sans que bouge la branche ou que l'étang se ride,
S'en vient, du haut des monts, dans le jardln, s'asseoir.

O la planité d'or à l'infini des eaux,
Et les arbres et leurs ombres sur les roseaux,
Et le tranquille et somptueux silence,
Dont nous goûtons alors
Si fort
L'immuable présence,
Que notre voeu serait d'en vivre ou d'en mourir
Et d'en revivre,
Comme deux coeurs, inlassablement ivres
De lumières, qui ne peuvent périr !

The magnificent window makes a splendid frame onto the formal gardens beyond. A fine graphical image with the person coming down the steps adding just the right amount of humanity. Very good light and colours.

I love this kind of image, giving the viewer a sense of being there, and this is very well done. You chose your focal point carefully so the window frame is as sharp as the garden. A good graphic result.

Cette fenêtre avec plusieurs carreaux cadrent bien le jardin. La présence de la personne a un effet d'échelle de grandeur. La prise de vue permet d'admirer les détails et les couleurs du jardins. L'intensité de la lumière fait ressortir les couleurs de l'image. Bon dimanche.

una foto diversa alle tue solite, ma sempre ben curata nella composizione e nella gestione delle luci, con uno sharp eccellente.

La donna che scende la scala dà movimento alla scena e anche un tocco di dinamicità.

Il telaio della finestra invece, dona un piacevole gioco di grafica.

Très bien vu le cadrage derrière cette fenêtre, tu as bien géré la lumière et le contraste, ce parc a l'air beau et bien entretenu. Comme JY, je me demande si je n'aurais pas clôné le personnage, mais peut-être as-tu pensé qu'il apportait de la vie à la compo et ce n'est pas si mal tout compte fait.

A really poetical picture. Walking through the large rooms of a castle, looking outside to the beautiful garden and the lovely weather, noticing an intriguing person who is walking there. A perfect situation for some poetry. Well done.

The framing through the arched window is very nice, in that it adds graphic effect to the picture. I remember a similar picture of yours posted long time back, where you had done an angular perspective of the window. Good lught outside providing good contrast between green & blue!

un regard espion sur ces jolis jardins pargfaitement entretenus. L'avant plan donne de la géométre à la composition, un peu comme ces jardins souvent tracés avec beaucoup de recherche dans le domaine de la géométrie.

or the frame of the window is quite like a partial black shadow on the view of garden...
anyway, all of these fragments look having different characteristics,
and all make one excellent stained glass in this picture.

le poème accompagne élégamment à cette image si bien choisie. J'aime l'utilisation de la silhouette de la fenêtre pour introduire notre regard vers le beau parc et ses jardins verts.
La composition a de la force graphique et la personne incluse dans le cadrage apporte un bonus dynamique très intéressante.
Un bon travail avec la lumière et avec les couleurs.
