Time for Full Moon Romance Photo

Photographer’s Note

A couple in romance mood at full moon time...
Taken in Dubrovnik old harbor.

f/4, ISO 1600, 1 sec. exposure hand held.

There are tech. problems here like a tilted horizon, but i was like a blind while taking this. It was almost dark and i couldn't see the horizon through my cam.

Sayfanın açılmasını beklerken ilk önce kırmızı fener gözüktü ve o an bu fotoğrafı göreceğimi biliyordum. Gerçi bu genç çift dolunayı kaçırmıştı, esas dolunay 3 gün önce Akvarij'ın üzerinde inci tanesi gibi parlıyordu ve bunun keyfini çıkaran başkaları vardı ama onlara da yazık tabi, onlar da ucundan kenarından bu anın tadını çıkarsınlar :)
Makinanda gördüğümü hatırladığım fotoğraf baya daha karanlıktı ve o karanlıkta kırmızı nefis duruyordu. Burada aydınlık bana biraz fazla geldi ama kırmızı yine de göze çarpan cinsten. Ellerine sağlık Hırvatistan komşusu!!!

You really capture my friend a very nice moment here.
I love the combination from the red light house the blue piece of sky and the light rays from the opposite land.
Of course the presence of the two lovers is the the main point of all the situation.
As I notice slowly-slowly you are back again to photographic mood after the "horrible time" to the army.

Hi Deniz,
I like it. The contrast of the red lighthouse over the greyish background, and the small light lines from the moon and the spotlights..,it's beautiful. The framing is very good too. Congratulations for the picture and for the moment.

bak dik kadrajda çok yakışmış geniş açına,oralara üç ayak taşıdığına inanamıyorum....ne demekse?(burada birşeyleri anladığımı belirticem ya,ondan yazdım herhal)çok zekice bir kullanım,geniş açı olmasaydı eğer lens kırmızı fener asla kadraja tümüyle giremez girse bile bu kadar haşmetli görünemezdi,

"Vay be" dedirten türden ! Kırmızı (iskele) lambası öndeki romantik çiftin (daha doğrusu erkeğin) başına geleceklerin sembolizması ! Kırk yıllık deneyim konuşuyor !
Şaka bir tarafa, ışığı, renkleri, geometrisi ve de iki taraflı siyah geniş bantları ile çok keyifli bir çalışma olmuş.

baya hızlı gitmeye başlamışsın (yada ben baya yavaşladım)
1sn çekimde de elle çekmeyi denemişsin. netlik diğer karelerin kadar olmasada yine normal insanın bu değerlede çekebileceğinden çok iyi.
çok romantik bir ortam olmuş...

bazen teknik acidan problem olan fotograflari yukluyorum ben de.. sirf ben istedigim icin.. ve yazilabilecekleri onceden kestiriyorum fotografi yukleme asamasindayken.. ufuk cizgisi mi? tripodsuz 1 sn.lik cekim mi? kim takaaarr.. kirmizi damgasini vurmus.. bir de mehtabin romantizmini yasayan cift.. yasasin su genis aciyi yapan eller.. hala icindeki mekanizmayi merak ediyorum:)

With f/4 the lighthouse looses its sharpness quite fast as the eye moves up, but the red color is shining in the darkness

This image stands out from the thumbnails, probably because of the red and the wonderful contrast there is with the night sky. I'm full of admiration for your steady hand! It certainly is a very romantic image and we can imagine the pleasure of sitting quietly looking at the moon, and also the beams from the headland across the water. In the circumstances I'll forgive the sloping horizon. As I have also been nosy I can wish you congratulations on your engagement!! ;D
