two rickshaw drivers are talking to each other. while doing so, none of them could note the hurdle being created by their talking session that is going on a busy square and the traffic is extremely disturbed on either side of the road. in europeon countries for doing such kind of nuisance to other , they would have been fined and prosecuted. by the way, they even did not notice my presence when i was trying to capture their this very important session of bilteral talks.
