it's too dark
you have to be careful when you convert your colour images into black and whites as a photograph it's not bad
i like the 2 tow away zone signs it doesnt really fit in amidst this seemingly old street in paris
have to go study

Welcome to TE. I think it is a little too dark (as Sohrab) and the perspective looks tilted a little. I like the frame with two pannels. A little note will be help to understand more your title. But anyway I like your subject as I am living near Paris and you take a good ambiance. (sorry for my english approximative)
