Photographer’s Note
A few more old ones. This is the old port at Enkhuizen. This was after the second leg of a round trip taken from Hoorn, first to Medemblik on the steam tramway, then by boat to here, and back to Hoorn on regular train. Taken on my first trip to the Netherlands.

Good sharpness & color saturation. The subtle reflections on the water & high contrast improve the presentation. Well done!

The colors, the composition and the place by itself, makes it a great shot! Well done Richard!

Nice picture, but I'm sorry, this is not Hoorn, but the city of Enkhuizen. The tower in the left is called 'De Drommedaris' (The dromedary)

Hello Richard
I went to this place last year (and certainly this one coming to Amsterdam sail 2005) but it was raining and not so sunny.
Good frame and large détails on the boats.
interesting.
