Photographer’s Note
"To be a child is to walk confident along difficult
and unknown ways in the anxiety to unmask mysteries.
To a child is to enjoy playing, dream the impossible.
A child knows nothing and is able to do everything.
To be a child is to hate clocks and compromises.
It is to have little patience and much haste.
And to be a child is also,
to be the adult whom has never forgot
the child who once was.
Maria A. Strella

Hi Luca,
I noticed this yesterday and much prefer the natural colours in this one. I love pictures like this - full of faces so similar, but yet so different. Smiles, intrigue, timid, and exuberance all in one. Lovely to see, all the best, Casper

Hi Luca,
Very beautiful image!
And we can see the child/you on their smiling eyes! I'm not saying it only in a metaphoric way... we actually can see you on the reflections of their eyes! Mainly the girl with a shy smile at right. What a quality of image! Hat off!
I like a lot the text of your note too... glad to read it in Portuguese ;-)
Thanks for sharing,

Ciao, Luca. E bello di vedere queste facie sorridere con grandi occhi neri. Un bel gruppo di bambine che dimostrano une bella gioia di vivere.
Buona fine di settimana,
Philippe

This is an interesting group portrait in a situation funny, so for me the point of this photo is that you achieve to tell us about the good sense of humour of the situation. I also love the POV. Congratulations.

I love the idea of children as fans, Luca
- when they loose their admiration for the adults, is when they grow up.
And I just can't get enough of pictures crammed full with smiling faces.
One love.

Hi Luca,
Haha, nice capture! I like it how some look almost straight up and others are still getting closer to you. Very nice tight compo with all your fans. Nice!!
Greetings,
Dennis

What a wonderful photo, so full of life! You knew how to make them smile! And, that way, I smile too! ;)
The colors are a little too strong for my taste, but the contrast is definitively better than your previous version.
You are a very good photographer, Mr Belis! Don't stop in your run. It's inspiring!

A photo of friendship and joy - well done. It's hard in my opinion to shoot kids when theyre in their masses - they're always moving closer and getting in each others way... but hear you got a clean shot so well done.
:) Dave
