Photographer’s Note

The original Manila Baywalk is a two kilometre stretch between the US Embassy and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) just past the Manila Yacht Club. The Manila Boardwalk or Baywalk Promenade follows the Roxas Boulevard and as the name implies is right on Manila Bay.

This is a successful beautification of Manila. Now this Bay Walk has been extended along the banks of Manila Bay all along the reclaimed land area starting at the back of the Cultural Center of the Philippines all the way past the back of The Mall of Asia.

Any point at the Bay Walk is a good place to watch the sunset. So the best place to go there is sunset time. This photo was taken in the morning. It is also a good place during a full moon to observe the moon while the sun is still going down the horizon.
