I clicked on the thumbnail because I couldn't figure out what the subject was. At first I thought it was a small lidded vase. Then when I opened it I was very surprised. The cropping has made it very interesting and the colour is really effective, I especially like the way the light shines down on to the top of the lamp base. Good work.

Great composition, cropping the shade and the bottom of the base being in shadow make this something ordinary object into something really special.

u managed to control the light and let it spread at the right amount.the light is so soft and reflects on the texture beautifully!
the cropping is also amazing..u have a very special point of view.

This is excellent Thien. I am surprised I haven't come across this before. In a way, it is perfect for this site, as a big part of travelling for me is also the comfort I find at home when it is finished. Nice work.

Adding of cource to the others the comment of simple and beatiful, perfect in light and colour. But to me it's the fact that you use this as an illustration to the theme "Our homes" that makes it really great.
