Photographer’s Note
I often talks about going to places outside the main track and take photos about things that we normally don't see that many pictures of. But being on Rome I realize that there's so much of fascinating architecture that of cause is exposed thousand of times but still are so inspiring so you can't stop ,

Hej Anders,
you are right. It's inevitable not to catch an architecture like that. Rome must be a wonderful place for photographers. I'm sure you pushed the button thousand times. I would do the same. Great job, as usual.
Abraço,
Carlos
PS: sorry not to have the yellow monkey today...rules has changed in here.

Hej Anders,
just as I always say, it's the mood of the moment you capture - not only the famous architecture masterpieces! Capturing the mood is already up to the photographer... it's very unique.
I like the composition and the "Ancient Rome" itself. I like history.. and this is a perfect illustration for a very good History textbook ;)
The colours are fantastic. They make the mood!
best regards,
Elena

Hej Anders,
You are very right, one simply is always fascinated of Rome's historical sights. This is a well balanced photo with beautiful late afternoon light and colours. You have also almost managed to hide the "Wedding cake". :-) Thanks for sharing!

Hej Anders,
You know the saying "When in Rome, you do as the Romans do", so these picture are quite unavoidable. Rome is certainly a fascinating mixture of antique and baroque architecture. And the we have that late 19th century building we can see in the background here...

Hej Anders.
This is a great photo of a part of the 'forum romanum'. Good point of view, taken from the first floor of the Colosseum, I suppose! Maybe you could have included the whole arch (of Titus). Very good colours, but peronally I would have preferred a bit more light so it really shows that it's in the middle of the day (I'll do a WS).
