Photographer’s Note
I biked to work this morning in dreary November drizzly weather. But coming home in the early afternoon, this is what I saw. The rain we had down here was snow on the mountains - the first of the season - always a thrilling sight.
This is taken in West Vancouver which is across the bay from downtown Vancouver. We are looking north to the mountains.
This area is a Squamish nation reserve and hence the totem pole.

Hi John,
This is a beautiful photo. What an impressive scene! I felt like the light could perhaps be a little brightened and that it might benefit slightly from a small crop off the right side, so I did a workshop. Hope you don't mind. It's an excellent post overall. Thanks for sharing it here.
