The bright colours are very pleasing and the design of the toy-train is amusing :-)
I don't know about K.L. but I noticed in other asian cities that people really obey certain rules like not crossing the lines or stand in line to enter the bus.
Did you by any chance use NeatImage on this picture ? (see the blur on the top of the red bag, or in the hair, or the end of the platform, under the train, the side of the train...) Perhaps some careful trimming, trial and error with NI will eventually give the result you wanted

Again beautiful colors. Great lines. I love how we have the people watching the train anxiously waiting to get on. They follow the rule so well here. The textures on this work nicely as they are smoothened here. It gives a sleeker look that matches the modern train and station platform. Your point of view looking like these people with your head out over the line adds a nice waiting feel to the shot. And puts me in the shot and gives me the sounds and smells of the station, especially as it pulls in. Nicely done.
