Photographer’s Note
I have finished the series from Ukraine, so I'm coming back to Poland.
This is a funeral service in a small village near Miechow. The POV, perspective and moment are chosen according to my impression I felt there and my reflections considering death.
The body was not burned, it's still not popular in Poland. The coffin is covered by flowers. What is special here - the funeral service is led according to a ceremony of one of protestant christian group, not catholic church. Since catholic christians are about 99% in Poland, this is really unusual event.
