Photographer’s Note
As photographers I think we occasionally stumble upon or just happen to see something like a reflection that grabs us, like trees reflecting in a lake. I saw that here, then I saw the similar triangular form in the rocks in the foreground. Sort of like icing on a cake.

Nice shot Michael;
I like the horizon is not centered in the shot. The reflections are perfect, the image is perfectly level (you can tell because the trees and their reflection are perfectly vertical to each other). Sharpness is spot on from the forground rocks to the trees which tells us you used a big f/stop (ie: 16 or more) to get that large DOF.
I like the subtle rocks visible through the water.
Nice work,
- Dan

Hello Michael
Perfect title for this wonderful shot showing an awesome reflections and lovely lighting. The water looks like a mirror with the detail in the FG rocks sublime. Sharpness, colours and depth are spot on here.

Hello Michael,
Along with the symmetry, the sharp details and clarity are superb. I like the colors and shapes of the rocks. They continue to be visible in the very clear water. Your work is attractive!
Warm wishes,
Betty

Michael,
The reflection is outstanding creating nice depth and symmetry. The rocks in the foreground break up the symmetry nicely while providing nice points of interest. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF.

hi Michael
The mirror effect of a perfect calm still water is always a good photography subject and can mostly be found in early mornings (not sure about your time of shot here, no photo info given).
The use of your polarizer here really takes away the glare off the water and the reflection is almost as good as the original scene.

Hi Michael!Have a picture with a lot of elements good! Colours the reflection and the symmetry give in the composition the great interest, I liked your idea of two levels and clear light, detail and clarity! I can have him in my collection with theme symmetry?

Hi Michael,
Splendid reflection, no waves in the water so looking at it you don't know where's up or down. Outstanding!

Hi Michael
I agree with you, and i'll add sometimes nature do all work and not photographer. In your case, even if scene was amazing you don't forget include something in foreground, and those rocks make a good entry point in your composition.
Well done and best regards
Alexis

Hello Michael,
I agree with you you that this one is much more visually appealing than the post after this. Great clarity, rich but softer colors. I like the transparency that shows the stones in water. Nice reflections too. Regards. Latiff.
