Photographer’s Note
I am back after a few weeks absence. Sorry about that I have had some personal problems to deal with.
I took this photo in the city of Salt. Salt is located about 50 km north of Amman, and its probably the most charming city un Jordan. As Jordan was traditionally a nomadic country most of the cities are pretty recent and devoid of any charm. But Salt was the local seat of the Otoman empire and features beautiful buildings climbing up to the hillsides, several mosques and churches, and a very nice market place.

Hi Daniel,
interesting shot with warm colours and a nice silhouette: very Jordan charme!
I know Salt, even I visit it only one evening for a dinner with a friend.
I hope to come back for a longer visit next months...!

Hey Daniel: you know you're reminding me of some of Nerve's 'shadowboxing' stuff - fine work. Good to see you around again - take care. c

Hi Daniel,
Great work of light and shade, silhouette of the lady on the shade is exquisitely depicted against bright building that has really good color.
Have a nice day, Hisashi

Happy to see you are back Daniel!
I like the warmth here a lot and of course lady's silhouette. Background seems so crowded by lots of details especially with cables cables and cables... So those cables are everywhere on earth. No way to escape from them :(
Waiting for other shots from your trip, don't make us wait for so long... Best,
Burcu

Hi Wanderer...
I do get a Luko taste from this one. Like his recent approach to the magic of the world of shades, this one consumes that magic to the uppermost extent. The architecture is so authantic, and i especially find the centred shade on the stairs (not the woman, the other shade with a different shape) very interesting.
Best,
Deniz

J'aime cette silhouette en ombre chinoise qui nous passe devant. Une photo mystérieuse Daniel.
Très bien vu.
Sincèrement.
