Photographer’s Note
Again is it somehow linked to a Pink Floyd's song - like the pic I posted earlier on TrekLens - since the title comes from the song "Brain Damage" you might find on the 'Dark Side Of The Moon' album. The point is that when we were in Iceland, the first week the weather was a complete chaos; it was raining, then sun was shining, then the minute after was it windy like hell, we got almost snow, ice showers, steady downpoors, then sunny weather again... The climat was fooling us with its utterly lunatic behaviour. And it was driving us silly, I mean you can't help, cycling all day in such a mess, weat all the time, tired and cold. This picture was taken on the north coast of the Snaefelsnes peninsula, between Gründarfjördur and Burdadalur - that day was horrible, weather changing every 2 minutes, it was cold and windy BUT this landscapes are a beauty on Earth, it's such a pleasure for the eyes, and the soul, very wild and green, pastures and sheep, lakes and hills...
Funny thing about the picture is that the road takes a huge slope around a fjörd and it takes you ages to cycle the whole (like 20 or 30 kilometers) but in the end you come back like 2 kilometers away from the starting point over the see...
Check there and look for the "photos" section for more images.
Any comment welcome !
Cheers folks.

Even though the sky is completely overexposed, I love this for the contrast between the sky and the mountains and the placement of the subject. The cyclist seems to be the only one tracersing the lonely mountains.

Such a dreamy landscape... where it not for the foreboding clouds, the soft focus scenery belies the erratic weather conditions you experienced.

Hi Dams,
What perfect conditions in your shot. Great light and nice composition. It may be slightly overexposed in the clouds, which could probably be fixed in PS or by using a polarizer or ND filter. Thanks alot, Don
