Photographer’s Note

9.08 a.m. - This scene reminds me of the tongue twister drill that I have to go through when I was young. “She sells seashells on the seashore and the shells she sells are seashells from the seashore.”

What fascinated me are the woven bamboo boats which I have not seen before. It is really a floating basket and the flat bottom and light weight must be of great advantage. So here is another example of the many uses of bamboo which can be found in abundance in this region.
Another family enterprise.

This shot was taken at Halong bay. We were returning back to the harbour after an overnight stay near Bo Hou island when we make a brief stop to another smaller island with a sandy beach.

This is a great documentary, showing life and work by the seaside... age no matter!
Good details and I notice with interest the design of the boats, the diagonal composition works well...

Almost incredible that the bambo boats so efficient on the water float.
Very well composition with the two boats with childern as subject.
Colours and presentaion are very well.
Good note too.

A great photo of these seashell-sellers. You found a good high POV and the composition is also really good, just the right amount of the stones in the bottom half.

The reference to the tongue twister is very apt. Like your diagonal compo. with the inclusion of stairs. The boats look like expanded bathtubs. I do notice a bit heavy noise removal in the water...but a Good daily life picture my friend
