During the last century, La Boca just was a suburb in which there was a strong italian presence with preponderance of geneose origin.
Since the first times, the La Boca of the streamlet was the natural harbor of Bs.As.. Its little depth didn’t allow warships of considerable calar, which were added the benches of sand which caused a lot of problems, because of the entrance chanel was neither so proof; to them was necessary to add the increasing and descents. Nevertheless the inconvenientsn the streamlet continued.
The new port, concentrated more the north, meants the progressive damage of the streamlet. However, it continued being the symbol of the suburb of La Boca and it is imposible conceive each other and conversely.
Among of them the Genoese preponderance would come a little late, of an etnologic disaster to free which had been danger for its cohesive development. Join to italian into all cromatic diversity by the ligur predominance, always it noticed the existence of sections established by Dalmatian, spanish, greece and some dispersed group of french and saxons.

Hi Ricardo, very pleasant peaceful picture of this harbour area. Nice colors, the rusty boats, the blue of the water and the sly, and the beautiful reflections.
Very pleasant to look at

Very nice large posting from the harbor, Ricardo. I like how almost the full horizontal width is filled by the boats, and the reflections on the rippled water surface are really good. The old harborside industrial buildings and writings on them are very interesting, too. Very good work.

I like this, Ricardo - sharpness is excellent, the scene is full of interest with the rusty old ships, the delapidated buildings and the reflections in the water all adding up to a beautiful shot. Well seen and done.

A great boat composition, Ricardo. I love all the boats, especially the rusting ones. The colours are good and the reflection really makes the shot work. Well seen and framed.

Impressive details in the panorama version, but the height more than 900 px is too much for my 17" screen.
Well made panoramic display

Good LP showing daily life and showing us Buenos Aires, as we never see it. Thanks for sharing that. Looks somewhat busy, but if that's how it is, then that's how it is. Nice note with a nice picture.

Interesting note and a good view on the harbour. Reducing the brightness and desaturating a bit all the colors except the warmer ones to keep the rust very visible also could be interesting...
