Nice shot! I might have been tempted to to frame it slightly higher to include the top "sail" of the windmill, as it is I think I'd probably crop much of the bottom area. Although it was a good idea to try and get the reflection in you don't have enough of it to really make it work IMO. Also consider doing a little PS work to remove the chromatic abberation (purple fringing) on the right of the windmill. I like the way you've managed to capture some detail in windmill :-)

Nice sunset. I would have backup/zoom out since it seems you can have a wonderful reflection with the still water. Unless, there is not much water then my comment is moot.
