Photographer’s Note

Fat white coat Harp Seal (Pagophilus groenlandicus) - This whitecoated harp seal pup is protected ... for now. In about a week’s time - as soon as she starts to shed her white fur - she will be fair game for the sealers - Gulf of St. Lawrence at 110km from îles de la Madeleine coasts.
