Photographer’s Note
The (collapsed) Pyramid of Meidum.thought to be built ,initally as a seven tiered step pyramid and then converted to eight tiers after which it was faced as a'classic'pyramid and would have been the first of these .unfortunately at some time in antiquity the covering collapsed leaving this enormous rubble heap with the remains of the stepped pyramid towering through it.a strange and haunting sight in the desert.

This is a rahter mysterious shot.. with the pyramid rising out over the hirzon. It is a simple composition but perhaps you could have cropped the foreground a little more and brought the object closer to the front.

It looks quite impressive to me, the massive form of the pyramid, the mist, the empty space...
