No, this is taken in the Cite de Science in Paris. A giant map of the city is on the floor for visitors to wander over.
The Cite de Science is a large and wonderful science exhibition centre with interactive displays and many opportunities for children (and adults) to learn. We spent 2 days there at our kids request.
