Definitely in the spirit of TE- most of us would never have the chance to see this. I like the selective depth of field and the angle of the tank barrel. The state of the tank is fascinating- it looks so threatening with the barrel pointing toward you, but when your eye sees the missing treads, the graffiti, the dirt beginning to swallow it up it makes you think of how helpless the tank actually is. The serene looking mountains in the background are a good contrast for the tank.

James: your use of DOF here is great - perhaps it could have been even narrower. But you achieved the desired result I think. A fine upload for TE. best, c

an excellent shot here. i like how nature seems to be taking back the tank, overgrown and dilapidated. as others have said, fine dof and detail here. well done!!
