Photographer’s Note
I was hanging out at my in-laws when I heard the mikoshi or "portable shrine" coming by as part of the Torigoe Festival. So I grabbed my camera and ran outside. This was one of the smaller neighborhood ones. The "big one" from the Torigoe Shrine attracts a lot more attention.
