Like an other photo I made in Japan they don't care what temperature it is in regards to what they wear. This photo was taken on the same day as this one Fakeness
It was hot that day, when I'm on vacation I tend to wear tourist clothes, so Teva's, t-shirt and shorts. And this guy was just being "Cool". But I like Japan so much for this, people have a lot of artistic potential.
