You caught good spontaneous expressions on both the girls' faces. However, the background is cluttered with cars, poles, buildings, satellite dishes, etc, that don't make a flattering backdrop. I would have favored cropping tight on the girls with a telephoto lens and >f/4 aperature to minimize the background. For a wide angle, I'd at least recommend getting very close to the girls (~1m) so they dominate the frame. As photographed, this shot captures too much unnecessary background and too little of the girls and the fountain.
